Responsibilities: 

  • Generate qualified leads / opportunities for the company and further drive them to Closure 
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals 
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts 
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities 
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients 
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business 
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation 
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects 
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals 
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required  

Requirements and Skills: 

  • 3 to 5yrs of experience from IT sales who have strong experience in appointment generation 
  • Should be a graduate with B2B sales experience preferably in the USA / UK market 
  • Generate a minimum of 20 qualified leads in a month. 
  • Increase the qualification lead generated ratio by 10% QoQ 
  • Ensure 100% CRM and Timesheet adherence and updating 
  • 90% accuracy of all intelligence and information on the prospect to be put in the CRM for increasing the chances of closure 
  • Should have carried revenue goal as the most important metric with proven track record in attaining the target over the last 4 quarters in the previous role 
  • Should be able to articulate the value proposition and deliver presentations with the prospect 
  • Prior experience of managing sales campaigns and executing it by self and through his/her team would be an added advantage 
  • Should be willing to demonstrate selling skills in a fast-paced sales environment by taking complete ownership of day-to-day activities and eventually meet the quarterly goals by winning new clients 
  • A good understanding of technologies such as Opensource, front-end technologies, Content Management Systems, Mobile, QA/ Testing would be an added advantage. 
  • Ability to handle a team of junior sales executives and further manage their targets as well as self-targets would be highly desirable. Based on the success of your performance for the first 3 quarters, he / should be ready to own this responsibility.

  • Focused on producing results without being supervised
